Analytics & site optimisation — We use Google Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how the site is used, and Webflow Optimize to test page variations. These rely on your consent via the cookie banner.

3. Who can see your data (our processors)

We don't sell your data. It's handled on our behalf by:

• Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and forms (USA)
• Klaviyo, Inc. — newsletter sign-up and email delivery (USA)
• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — site usage statistics (USA)

Some of these are based outside the EU (e.g. the USA). Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. How long we keep it

• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
• Form/email messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
• Technical/analytics data: per our providers' standard retention periods.
